An Open Letter to My Fellow Breastfeeding Advocates

Each time a new study is released or an article is published addressing the matter of breastfeeding, a minor earthquake trembles through the breastfeeding advocacy community.  Just as is the case in real natural disasters, the shockwaves have the power to bring out the best in people, and sadly it also draws out the worst.

    Well, wow. I cannot tell you how much seeing this here means to me! When I was a new mama, I poured over the articles and resources here at kellymom. It was my number one go-to resource any time I had a breastfeeding concern or question. I’ve returned time and again to find resources to help friends who were needing breastfeeding help.
