Hilary Flower is available for speaking engagements. Recently, she has spoken on the safety of breastfeeding during pregnancy at the La Leche League International Conference in San Francisco (July 2003) and the Florida Area LLL Conference (October 2003).

A dynamic and experienced speaker, Flowers' presentation resume includes: facilitating diversity workshops in her community, including an 8-week workshop for the city managers, (2) one year as the training and outreach coordinator for Womens Crisis Support in Santa Cruz, (3) four years of graduate science teaching while working on her masters at the University of California Santa Barbara, for which she won the university's top graduate teaching award.
