I am breastfeeding my son, i sleep with him and wear him in a wrap and/ or sling…i had no idea this was “so called” AP, i do all these things because it feels right and natural.

Dr. Sears told us to, we did it because our heart led us there.”

So many parenting books and philosophies have made me feel judged and inadequate. Dr. Sears just helps me to feel as though I’m not alone and not weak-willed for wanting to interact with my son gently. It’s reassuring to have an expert tell me that it’s ok to trust my instincts, and in fact, that’s it’s preferable!
